How to Cancel Your Service

You can submit a cancellation request at any time through the billing area. Before cancelling, check if transferring the service to another user is a better fit for your situation.

Steps

  1. Log in to your billing area.
  2. Click Services.
  3. Click the service you want to cancel.
  4. Click Request Cancellation in the left-hand sidebar.
  5. Choose your cancellation type:
    • Immediate cancels the service right away and permanently deletes all associated files.
    • End of Billing Period keeps the service active until the current period ends and stops future invoices.

Warning: Choosing immediate cancellation terminates your service and deletes all files without recovery. Download any backups before proceeding.

Troubleshooting

If you do not see the Request Cancellation option, confirm you are logged in as the primary account holder, not a sub-user contact. Sub-users require the cancellation permission to perform this action.
