How to Transfer a Service to Another Account

You can transfer ownership of a service to another person's Host Havoc account. This is different from adding a sub-user contact, which grants billing access without transferring ownership.

Before you start

  • The recipient must have a Host Havoc billing account at hosthavoc.com/billing. If they do not have one, they need to register first.
  • Have the recipient's registered email address ready.

Steps

  1. Ask the recipient to create a billing account if they do not already have one.
  2. Log in to your own billing area.
  3. Submit a support ticket requesting the service transfer.
  4. Include the recipient's email address in the ticket.

The support team will move the service to the recipient's account. If you have further questions, include them in the same ticket.
