How to Transfer a Service to Another Account
You can transfer ownership of a service to another person's Host Havoc account. This is different from adding a sub-user contact, which grants billing access without transferring ownership.
Before you start
- The recipient must have a Host Havoc billing account at hosthavoc.com/billing. If they do not have one, they need to register first.
- Have the recipient's registered email address ready.
Steps
- Ask the recipient to create a billing account if they do not already have one.
- Log in to your own billing area.
- Submit a support ticket requesting the service transfer.
- Include the recipient's email address in the ticket.
The support team will move the service to the recipient's account. If you have further questions, include them in the same ticket.
