How to Add Sub-Users (Contacts) to Your Billing Account

You can invite other people to your billing account as contacts (sub-users). Contacts can be granted permissions to pay invoices, submit tickets, or manage your services depending on what you allow. This is different from transferring a service to someone else.

Before you start: Billing contacts do not get direct access to your game panel. For game panel access, the person needs their own separate panel account.

Steps

1. Log in to your Host Havoc billing account.
2. Click your name in the top-right corner, then select User Management.
3. In the Invite New User section, enter the email address of the person you want to add.
4. Select the permissions to grant:
   • All Permissions gives the contact full access to manage services, place orders, and more.
   • Choose Permissions lets you select individual permissions.
5. Click Send Invite.
   
   

The invited person receives an email with a link to complete their Host Havoc account setup and gain access to your billing account with the permissions you assigned.
