How to Reset Your Multicraft Password

Published June 9, 2026 · By Host Havoc Technical Support Team

Your Multicraft password controls access to both the Minecraft panel and your server's files via FTP. It is separate from your Host Havoc billing account password and was sent to your email when you purchased the Minecraft service.

If you need to update it, you can do so from the billing portal.

Reset the Multicraft password

  1. Log into your Host Havoc billing account.
  2. Click on your active Minecraft service from the services list.

  3. Click Actions on the left side.
  4. Click Change Password.

  5. Enter and confirm your new password, then save.

Your Minecraft panel password and FTP password are both updated immediately.

Troubleshooting

FTP still rejects the new password. Wait a moment for the change to propagate, then try reconnecting. If the issue persists, open a support ticket.

Cannot find the Actions menu. Confirm you are viewing the individual service page, not the main services list. Click the service name to open the management page where Actions appears on the left side.
