Card Declined or Blank Screen After Payment

A blank screen or declined message after entering your card details is typically caused by one of a few specific issues. Review the causes below before retrying. If you need help with a different billing issue, visit the billing area or submit a support ticket.

Common causes

Unsupported card type Not all card networks are accepted. Cards issued on the Discover or Diner's Club networks cannot be processed.

Prepaid or gift card Prepaid cards and gift cards are not reliably accepted by the payment gateway. Use a standard debit or credit card instead.

Bank declined the charge Your bank may block international or unfamiliar charges. Contact your bank directly to authorize the transaction, then retry.
