How to Enable Crossplay on Your Valheim Server

Enabling crossplay allows Xbox and Game Pass players to join your Valheim server alongside Steam players. Once enabled, a join code is generated and shown in the Web Console.

Steps

  1. Log into the Game Control Panel and navigate to your server.
  2. Click the Command Line Manager button.
  3. Click Select on the "Default" command line.

  4. Check the checkbox next to the Crossplay option.
  5. Click Save, then restart your server.
  6. Open the Web Console and wait for the server to finish loading. The join code will appear in the console output, similar to:
