In order to download a copy of your Minecraft server's world, you'll need to follow these steps:
Step 1: Connect to your server via FTP; http://hosthavoc.com/billing/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=35
Step 2: Drag and drop the world folders (world, world_nether, world_the_end) to a folder somewhere on your computer. Note that these folder names may differ if you have altered the name of the world in your server's settings (via the panel).
Step 3: The folders & their files will download, and you will have a copy on your own computer from what was on the server.
Note: We suggest stopping the server before doing this in case there are changes saved to the world while you complete the process.
