How to Use RCON (Arkon) on Your PixARK Server

RCON lets you send admin commands to your PixARK server from your desktop without logging in-game. The recommended client for PixARK is Arkon.

Before connecting via RCON, make sure you have set up admins and have your admin password ready.

Enable RCON in your command line

  1. Log in to the Game Control Panel and navigate to your server.
  2. Click Commandline Manager.
  3. Select your active command line or create a new one.
  4. Check the box next to Enable RCON and save.

Connect with Arkon

  1. Download Arkon from the link provided in your server's game panel or from the Arkon project page.
  2. Create a new folder and extract the contents of the downloaded zip into it.
  3. Open Arkon and click Settings.
  4. Fill in the following fields:
    • Config name: any label you choose
    • Server IP: your server's IP address
    • RCON port: your server port plus two (for example, if your server port is 27015, the RCON port is 27017)
    • Admin password: the admin password set in your command line
    • Chat name: the name displayed when you send chat messages via RCON
  5. Click Save, then click Connect.

You can now send commands directly to your server. To change your server name or other settings, use the Commandline Manager rather than RCON commands for persistent changes.
