How to Join Your PixARK Server

The in-game PixARK server browser does not always display all available servers due to high server volume. Adding your server to Steam Favorites is the most reliable way to connect.

Add your server to Steam Favorites

  1. Open the Steam client.
  2. Click View in the top-left menu bar.
  3. Click Servers, then go to the Favorites tab.
  4. Click Add Server to Favorites.
  5. Enter your server's IP and port in the format <IP>:<PORT>. You can find this in the Game Control Panel on your service page.
  6. Click Add Selected Game Server to Favorites.
  7. Your server now appears in the Favorites list. Click Connect to join.

Before you start: If your server uses a password, enter it from within the game after connecting, not from the Steam server browser. Entering the password through Steam may prevent you from loading in properly.

Troubleshooting

If your server does not appear after adding it, confirm the IP and port are correct in the game panel. You can also set a server name to make it easier to identify in the browser once it appears.
