Create and Add a GSLT for Your Garry's Mod Server

A Game Server Login Token (GSLT) is required to run a public Garry's Mod server. Once you have your token, you will apply it through the command line manager.

Steps

1. Click the Create GSLT icon in your game panel.

2. Log in to your Steam account. On the token creation page, enter 4000 for the App ID and a memo of your choice, then click Create.

Note: If you receive an error, you may need to add a phone number to your Steam account at https://store.steampowered.com/phone/add.

3. Copy the token that is generated.

4. Log in to your Game Control Panel.

5. Open the Command Line Manager.

6. Create or edit a custom command line. In the +sv_setsteamaccount field, paste the token.

7. Save the command line and click Select to activate it.

Your server will now authenticate with Steam using your GSLT on the next start.
