How to Access the Admin Menu on Your Conan Exiles Server

The Conan Exiles admin menu lets you spawn items, teleport, kick and ban players, and change server settings while in-game. Access requires setting an admin password in ServerSettings.ini first.

Set the Admin Password

  1. Log into the Game Control Panel and navigate to your server.
  2. Stop the server.
  3. Click Configuration Files and open ServerSettings.ini.
  4. Find the Admin Password field and enter a strong password.
  5. Save the file.
  6. Start the server.

Authenticate In-Game

  1. Join your server and wait for it to finish loading.
  2. Press Escape and click Settings.
  3. Click Server Settings.
  4. Click Make Me Admin.
  5. Enter the admin password you set in Step 1 and press OK.

You now have full admin access. The admin panel is accessible via Escape > Admin Panel while authenticated.

Notes

  • Admin status resets when you disconnect. Repeat Step 2 each session.
  • Keep your admin password private. Anyone who knows it can grant themselves admin.
  • If you forget the password, stop the server, edit ServerSettings.ini, and restart.
