How to Upgrade or Downgrade Your Service

You can resize your service at any time through the billing area without waiting for a renewal date. To switch to a completely different game instead, see How to Switch Games.

Steps

  1. Log in to your billing area.
  2. Click the service you want to resize.
  3. In the left-hand sidebar, click Upgrade/Downgrade Options.
  4. Select your new plan or slot count and confirm the change.
  5. Restart your game server from the game panel so the new resources take effect.

Note: The billing area processes the plan change immediately. The game server itself only reflects the new limits after a restart.
