How to Reinstall Your DeadPoly Server

Reinstalling your DeadPoly server resets it to the default state it was in when you first received it. This is useful when the server is in a broken state that cannot be fixed by other means.

Before you start: All server files will be deleted except backups. Download any files you want to keep before proceeding.

Reinstall the server

  1. Log in to your Game Control Panel.
  2. Stop your server.
  3. Click the More button.

  4. Click Reinstall.

  5. Click the Reinstall button to confirm. Keep the Default values option selected unless you have a specific reason to change it.

The process deletes all files in your server directory, downloads a fresh copy of the game server files, and installs a default configuration. This may take several minutes depending on the size of the game files.

Once complete, your server will have a clean installation. Reconfigure any settings such as your server name and admins before starting.
