How to Add a GSLT to Your Counter-Strike 2 Server

A Game Server Login Token (GSLT) is required for your Counter-Strike 2 server to appear in the community server browser. This guide walks you through generating the token on Steam and applying it in the Host Havoc game panel.

Before you start: Your Steam account must have a phone number linked. If you have not done this, Steam will return an error when you try to generate a token.

Create the token on Steam

1. Open a browser and go to http://steamcommunity.com/dev/managegameservers.
2. Log in to your Steam account.
3. Enter 730 in the App ID field (730 is the CS2 App ID).
4. Click Create to generate the token.
5. Copy the token and keep it handy.

If Steam returns an error at step 3, add a phone number to your account at https://store.steampowered.com/phone/add, then return and repeat the steps above.

Apply the token in the game panel

1. Log in to the Host Havoc game panel and navigate to your server.
2. Click the Command Line Manager icon.
3. Click Selected next to your active command line.
4. Locate the GSLT field and paste the token you copied.
5. Click Apply.
