If you are getting a blank screen after entering your credit card information, it is likely due to one of the following reasons:
- Your type of credit card is not accepted (Discover, Diner's Club, etc.).
- You are trying to use a prepaid card. Our payment gateway can not always accept prepaid cards/gift cards.
- Your bank is declining the charge; we'd suggest consulting with them for further details.
