To be able to join your server, you will need to have progressed far enough in the game to unlock Convoy Mode.
(Own your own Truck and Company)
Click on the Convoys icon ingame
Wait for the convoy listing to refresh and then look for your server's name in the listings. You can click the Sessions Name tab up top to sort the listing by names
Click on your server in the listing and press the Join Convoy option
