In order to reset your Minecraft server's world, you will need to perform the following steps:

Log into our Multicraft control panel.
- Stop the service.
- Click 'Files' on the left-hand side and click FTP File Access. Either use the web-based file manager or use an FTP client. See here: http://hosthavoc.com/billing/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=35
- Refer back to the main area in the control panel (the page that contains Start/Stop/Restart buttons).
- Click 'Show Advanced Options' at the bottom area.
- Look for the option named 'World'. By default, your server's world name will simply be "world", but if it has been changed, the new name will be shown there.
- Go back to the file manager/FTP client and delete the respective world name. If your server's name was just "world", you'd delete that entire folder. If you'd like to reset the nether and ender as well, delete the world_nether & world_the_end folders as well.
- Start the server, and a new world will be generated.
