Update Your Rust Server

Keeping your Rust server up to date ensures compatibility with the latest Facepunch patches and client versions. Host Havoc provides a one-click update tool in the control panel. If you also use uMod/Oxide, see Install uMod/Oxide since Oxide updates are applied at the same time as server updates.

Steps

  1. Log into the Game Control Panel.
  2. Navigate to your Rust server.
  3. Click the Update Server Files icon.

The panel will download and apply the latest server files. Wait for the process to finish before starting your server.
