Add Sub-Users to Your Minecraft Multicraft Panel

Published June 9, 2026 · By Host Havoc Technical Support Team

Sub-users let friends or co-admins manage your Minecraft server through the Minecraft panel without sharing your own credentials. Each sub-user needs their own Multicraft account.

To get started, make sure you can join your server and that you are logged in to the Minecraft panel as the server owner.

Create a Multicraft account for the sub-user

  1. Go to the registration page while logged out.
  2. Complete the form with the sub-user's desired username, password, and email address, then click Register.

Assign the sub-user to your server

  1. Log in to the Minecraft panel with your own account.
  2. Open the server you want to share.
  3. In the left-hand menu, expand Advanced and click Users.
  4. In the Username field, type the sub-user's Multicraft username and press Enter. The account will appear with a role selector.
  5. Select the role you want to assign. Administrator gives full control.
  6. Click Save to apply the role.

Set server visibility

  1. On the server's main index page in Multicraft, scroll down to Show Permissions.
  2. Set Server Visibility to Users with Roles only or By Default Role. This ensures the sub-user can see the server when they log in.

Note: The sub-user must register their own account at the Minecraft panel before you can assign them. Once assigned, they log in at Minecraft panel with their own credentials.
