How to Edit Your Wreckfest 2 Server Settings

Adjust your Wreckfest 2 server settings by editing the server_config.scnf file through the built-in Config Editor in the Game Control Panel. Before making changes, you must stop the server.

Before you start: Stop your server before editing configuration files. Changes will not take effect while the server is running.

Edit server settings

  1. Log into the Game Control Panel.
  2. Navigate to your server's control panel.
  3. Click Stop to stop the server.
  4. Click Configuration Files in the left-hand menu.
  5. Locate server_config.scnf and click Config Editor.
  6. Edit the settings as needed.
  7. Click Save.
  8. Restart your server.

For file-level edits outside the Config Editor, you can also access your server files using FTP. Once changes are saved, join your server to verify the settings took effect.
