Here at Host Havoc, we provide our Minecraft server hosting clients with the ability to upload and set their own JAR files.

Step 1: Set up an FTP client to manage the server's files: https://hosthavoc.com/billing/knowledgebase.php?action=displayarticle&id=35
Step 2: Download the JAR file that you'd like to run on your service
Step 3: Rename the JAR file to be either custom.jar if you are running MC version 1.12.X-1.16.X or custom-1112below.jar if you are running MC version 1.11.2 or below
Step 4: Upload the JAR to the server's main (base) directory
Step 5: Navigate to the Multicraft control panel and find the setting labeled 'JAR File'
Step 6: Select either the 'Custom Jar File (MC 1.12 to 1.16x)' or 'Custom Jar File (MC 1.11.2 and Below)' options depending on the version of minecraft you are trying to run.
Step 7: Save the changes and restart the server
