Adding custom scenarios through the control panel (Recommended)
Login to the server's control panel
Stop your server
Click the Scenario Downloader icon
Enter in the WorkshopID of the scenario
Press Run and wait for it to complete the download.
Click the 'Configuration Files' icon in the server's control panel.
Click the 'Config Editor' option for the dedicated_config.yaml
Find the 'Custom Scenario' option and set it to the scenario
When switching to a new scenario, you will need to start a new save, edit the 'Save Game Name' option.
Save the changes to the dedicated_config.yaml
Manually adding custom scenarios
Subscribe to the scenario on the steam workshop.
The default download location would be C:\Program Files (x86)\steam\steamapps\workshop\content\383120\
Once it has been downloaded, upload the scenario's folder from your PC to the server using an FTP client.

You should upload the scenario's folder to .\Content\Scenarios\
Rename the custom scenario's folder from its workshopID to it's Scenario Name.
Login to the server's control panel
Click the Stop button to stop the server.
Click the 'Configuration Files' icon in the server's control panel.
Click the 'Config Editor' option for the dedicated_config.yaml
Find the 'Custom Scenario' option and set it to the scenario
When switching to a new scenario, you will need to start a new save, edit the 'Save Game Name' option.
Save the changes to the dedicated_config.yaml
