Login to the server's control panel
Click the Stop button to stop the server.
Click the 'Workshop Scenario Downloader' icon on the left-hand side.
Enter the WorkshopID of the custom scenario, then press Run.
The Workshop ID is shown in the URL for the workshop page

The WorkshopID in that example is 3143225812
After the scenario has been downloaded, You will need to edit the dedicated_config.yaml to switch to the scenario.
Click the 'Configuration Files' icon in the server's control panel.
Click the 'Config Editor' option for the dedicated_config.yaml
Find the 'Custom Scenario' option and set it to the WorkShop ID of the scenario
If switching to a new scenario, you will need to start a new save, edit the 'Save Game Name' option
Save the changes to the dedicated_config.yaml
