Login to your server's control panel
Navigate to your Palworld server.
Stop your server if it is running.
Click the File Manager Icon
Open the Backups folder
Right-click on a backup to download it to your PC.
On Your PC, Extract the backup .zip file and find the player files ( they would be in /Pal/Saved/SavedGames/0/SaveGame/Players/)
Return to the File Manager in the server's control panel and navigate to your server's save folder, By default this would be /Pal/Saved/SavedGames/0/SaveGame/Players/
Delete existing player saves files you are about to replace.
Upload the backup player save files to the server
