Creating/Restoring backups

The control panel will automatically attempt to create a backup every night at 2:45am
Backups will typically only contain save data and settings files.

How to create a backup
1. Log into our TCAdmin control panel
2. View your game service
3. Click the Create Backup icon in your server's control panel.

How to restore a backup
1. Log into our TCAdmin control panel
2. View your game service
3. Stop your server
4. Click the Restore Backup icon in your server's control panel.
5. Select a backup in the dropdown list to restore.
6. Press the Run option.

Backups are stored in the Backups folder on the server.
You can download backup .zip files from the backups folder using the File Manager or FTP client.
Please note you cannot upload files to the backups folder.

How to restore a downloaded backup .zip
1. Use an FTP client to upload the backup .zip to the main root directory of the server.
2. Open the the File Manager in control panel
3. Right click on the backup .zip file and click the Extract option
It may take a few minutes to extract the files.
