The control panel will automatically attempt to create a backup every night around 2:45am.
Backups will mainly contain your save files and settings files. They will typically not contain mod files.
How to create a backup
Step 1: Log into our TCAdmin control panel
Step 2: View your game service
Step 3: Click the 'Create Backup' Icon in your server's control panel.
How to restore a backup
Step 1: Log into our TCAdmin control panel
Step 2: View your game service
Step 3: Stop your server
Step 4: Click the 'Restore Backup' Icon in your server's control panel.
Step 5: Select a backup in the dropdown menu to restore.
Step 6: Press the Run option.
Backups are stored in the backups folder on the server.
You can download backup .zip files from the backups folder using the file manager or FTP client.
Please note you cannot upload files to the backups folder.
