The following article will go over the steps needed to use custom configuration settings on your V Rising Server Hosted By Host Havoc.
Step 1: Log into your game panel.
Step 2: Stop the server.
Step 3: Click on the Configuration Files section of your game panel and locate the ServerHostSettings.json config file.
Step 4: Use the config editor to edit the file and ensure the GameSettingsPreset option is empty.
Step 5: Click Save & Exit.
Now that you've set the GameSettingPreset to no longer be loaded, you can now open the ServerGameSettings.json using the config editor in the configuration file menu to configure the server to your liking.
