To disable EAC, stop your server and then go into the Configuration Files section in your game panel, and then edit "server.cfg" via the Text Editor.
Set or add the following (if not present)
server.secure "0"
server.encryption "0"
server.eac "0"
Click on Save and Exit and then start your server, it should be join-able now without EAC.
Please note that servers that have EAC disabled will not show up on the in-game server list.
