Creating a MySQL database using cPanel is quite easy, especially when using the MySQL Database Wizard.
Step 1: Log in to the cPanel control panel
Step 2: Click on MySQL Database Wizard and start the creation process.
Step 3: Proceed through the prompts and fill out the info as necessary, be sure to copy down the generated password somewhere if you choose to generate.
Step 4: Be mindful that your username/database will begin with part of your domain, followed by an underscore.
*Note: The MySQL server port is 3306.
