Domain stuck in "Pending" after payment

If you are experiencing issues with getting your domain registered there are several things to check before contacting us.

- Make sure your contact information is all correct and up to date with your current location (name, address, phone number).
- You have made sure that the domain has not already been registered.
- If you already own the domain; you can transfer it from your previous provider to us or simply change the name servers to ours.
- If you are still having trouble or the domain does not activate, please feel free to submit a support ticket and a member from our support team will investigate.
