How to Edit Your Terraria Server Configuration File

You can edit your Terraria server's serverconfig.cfg directly from the Host Havoc game control panel without needing an FTP client.

Edit the configuration file

  1. Log into the Game Control Panel using the credentials from your welcome email.
  2. Click Game Services on the left-hand side and select your server.
  3. Open the Configuration Files manager.
  4. Click serverconfig.cfg to open it in the Configuration Editor.
  5. Modify your settings as needed.
  6. Click Save.
  7. Restart the server for the changes to take effect.

Troubleshooting
