Creating and Restoring Backups for Your Arma Reforger Server

The Game Control Panel automatically creates a backup of your Arma Reforger server every night at 2:45 AM. Backups typically contain save data and settings files. You can also create backups manually at any time.

Note: The control panel creates an automatic backup every night at 2:45 AM. Backups contain save data and settings files.

Create a Backup

  1. Log in to the Game Control Panel.
  2. Navigate to your game service.
  3. Click the Create Backup icon.

Restore a Backup

  1. Log in to the Game Control Panel.
  2. Navigate to your game service.
  3. Stop your server.
  4. Click the Restore Backup icon.
  5. Select a backup from the dropdown list.
  6. Click Run.

Download a Backup

Backup files are stored as .zip files in the Backups folder on your server. Use the File Manager or an FTP client to download them.

Warning: You cannot upload files directly to the Backups folder.

Restore a Downloaded Backup

  1. Use an FTP client to upload the backup .zip to the main root directory of your server.
  2. Open the File Manager in the control panel.
  3. Right-click the backup .zip file and select Extract.

It may take a few minutes to extract the files.
