How to Switch the Branch on Your Arma 3 Server

Your Arma 3 server can run on different Steam branches, such as the stable release or a development build. You switch branches in the game control panel using the Switch Branch tool. Steps

  1. Log into your Game Control Panel.
  2. Click the Switch Branch icon on the left-hand side of your game panel.

  3. Choose the branch you want to run from the dropdown menu.
  4. Click Run.

Troubleshooting

Branch does not change after following the steps above: Open the File Manager, locate and delete the steamapps folder, then repeat the steps above. This forces a clean re-download of the selected branch.
