How to Set Up Automatic Broadcast Messages on ARK

Published June 8, 2026 · By Host Havoc Technical Support Team

Automatic broadcasts send recurring messages to everyone on your ARK: Survival Evolved server, which is handy for rules, restart warnings, or event reminders. You set them up with the panel's Scheduled Tasks tool and an RCON command. The RCON password is your admin password, so set that first in your server passwords if you have not.

Schedule a broadcast

  1. Log into the game panel and open your ARK service.
  2. Click Scheduled Tasks on the left.
  3. Click New, choose Console/RCon Command, and confirm.
  4. Enter the RCON password, which is the ServerAdminPassword from GameUserSettings.ini.
  5. Enter the broadcast command followed by your message:

  1. Name the task.
  2. For a recurring message, set Type to daily, set a start time, and enable Repeat Task (for example, every 15 minutes across 24 hours).
  3. Click Save.

Tip: Keep broadcasts short. Long or frequent messages clutter the chat and the on-screen feed players see.
