How to Set the Clan Size Limit on Your Conan Exiles Server
Controlling clan size lets you shape the competitive balance of your server. PvP servers typically use small clan caps to keep battles fair, while cooperative PvE servers allow large clans.
Pair clan size limits with thrall and pet limits for compound balance tuning.
Steps
- Log into the Game Control Panel and navigate to your Conan Exiles service.
- Stop the server.
- Click Configuration Files, then open
ServerSettings.iniin the Text Editor. Under[ServerSettings], set:MaxClanSize=10 - Click Save and start the server.
Common Values
| Value | Use case |
|---|---|
