How to install MetaMod and Plugins on your Counter Strike 2 server

In this article, you'll learn how to install MetaMod so you can then install plugins on your Counter-Strike 2 server.

1. Go to the Game Panel.
   2. Click Non-Workshop Mods.
   3. First install MetaMod.
   4. After metamod is installed, Go to the configuration files option and open the gameinfo.gi using the text editor
   5. Locate the 'Game_LowViolence csgo_lv // Perfect World content override' line in the file
   6. Add this below that line in the file: Game csgo/addons/metamod
    
   7. Save the changes to the gameinfo.gi
   8. You then need to install CounterStrikeSharp from the non-Workshop Mods option.

Now MetaMod is fully installed. You can now install Plugins.

To add plugins, follow the steps below.

1. Go to File Manager.
2. Open the following path:
csgo/addons/metamod/counterstrikesharp/plugins
3. Upload the plugin folder.

Now the plugin is installed!

You can always check loaded plugins by running the command:
css_plugins list

Now you should have MetaMod, CounterStrikeSharp and your plugin(s) installed!
