You will want to use the ingame admin menu to adjust the settings on your server.
If you haven't already set up an admin password on the server, please follow the steps outlined in this guide
Login to your server.
Press the ~ key on your keyboard to bring up the ingame console.
Enter in the command: gm key YourServerAdminPasswordHere
Once the admin menu opens up, Find the [Become the Admin] button.
In the Text input field to the left of it, enter your Server Admin password, then press the [Become the Admin] button.
Click the [Open coefficient settings] button
Edit the server settings
Once you have finished, press escape to close out the Server Settings menu.
Click the [Away from Admin] button
