Open the Minecraft Launcher
Click the Minecraft Java Edition option.
Select the version of Minecraft you have running on your server.
Click the Play button
Once in game, click the Multiplayer button
Click the Add Server button
Enter a nickname for the server in the Server Name option
Enter in your server's IP and Port into the Server Address option, written as IP:Port (Example 192.101.54.22:25565)
The server's IP and Port are shown in the server's settings in the Minecraft Control Panel.
Click Done
Click on your server in the server list and click the Join button
