This article will cover the steps needed to adjust the loot spawns on your DayZ Server Hosted By Host Havoc.
Manually editing the types.xml file
Step 1: Log into your game panel and stop your server.
Step 2: Click on the File Manager and navigate to /mpmissions/dayzOffline.chernarusplus/db/ (or your preferred mission) and double-click on types.xml.
Step 3: Locate the item(s) you'd like to modify and change the values.
Step 4: Click Save.
Editing types.xml with DZSA.tools
Step 1: Log into your game panel and stop your server.
Step 2: Click on the File Manager or use FTP and navigate to /mpmissions/dayzOffline.chernarusplus/db/ (or your preferred mission) and download your types.xml
Step 3: Navigate to https://dzsa.tools/ then drag & drop the types.xml file into the webpage
Step 4: Locate the item(s) you'd like to modify and change the values, save and then download the updated file.
Step 5: Upload the types.xml back to the original location, overwriting the original.
