Satisfactory - How to modify your server settings Print

Editing settings from the Server Console:

Step 1. Launch your game and go to "Server Manager"
Step 2. Make sure that you are set up as an administrator to your server and access the console page. (This usually is the first step in claiming your server)
Step 3. Execute a command of the config you'd like to change. 
(Example to change automatic save interval to 1 minute instead of 5.) FG.autosaveinterval 1

Editing settings from your File Manager:

Step 1. Navigate to your server's control panel. (Stop your server)
Step 2. Go to your (File Manager) on your control panel and navigate through this directory: /FactoryGame/Saved/Config/WindowsServer - (Locate GameUserSettings.ini) or (Your desired config)
Step 3. Locate and set the config option you want to update. For example similar to our save interval you would be able to find "mFloatValues=(("FG.AutoSaveInterval", 1800.000000))
Step 4. Save the config and navigate to your control panel. (Start your server)

(Most of the settings can be found within /FactoryGame/Saved/Config/WindowsServer) You will need to acquaint yourself with your configs as most of them can be found at this file location)
