In this article, we'll outline the steps to install mods to your 7 Days to Die server hosted by Host Havoc. Before taking the steps below, please make sure your service is stopped.

1. Create a Mods Folder

- The Mods folder is already created in the main directory of the server in a folder called "Mods".

2. Unzip the Files

- Extract the mod that was downloaded earlier to a location that is easily reachable on your PC.

- Then choose the correct folder you need to use. The correct folder contains the “ModInfo.xml” file. For example:
\Downloads\ExampleModFolder1\ExampleModFolder2\ExampleModFolder3\ModInfo.xml
The correct folder is “ExampleModFolder3”.

3. Upload the Mod Files to Your Mods Folder

- Copy the “ExampleModFolder3” folder and paste it into the “Mods” folder via FTP

- You've now successfully modded your 7 Days to Die server.
