How to reset your server's data and config files

How to reset your config files:
Step 1: Log into our control panel (http://panel.hosthavoc.com)
Step 2: View your game service
Step 3: Stop the server
Step 4: Open the GameUserSettings.ini in the configuration files manager in the text editor. There is a button for this at the bottom section of the panel when viewing your service
Step 5: Select everything in the file and delete it
Step 6: Start the server
Step 7: By now, your configuration file has been reset if you've followed all of the steps correctly. To learn how to edit your config files, see this article.

How to reset your server's data (world and players)
Step 1: Log into our control panel.
Step 2: View your game service
Step 3: Stop the server
Step 4: Open the File Manager
Step 5: Navigate to 'ShooterGame' > 'Saved' > 'SavedArks'
Step 6: Delete every file in this folder
Step 7: Start the server
